Ms. Harrison has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years and has specialized in securities law for the past 15 years. Ms. Harrison has served as in-house counsel at Family Life Insurance Company (a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch), SAFECO Corporation, SAFECO Life Insurance Company and Washington Mutual, where she provided advice on regulatory, compliance, operations, contract, marketing, insurance and general corporate matters involving broker-dealers, investment advisers, mutual funds, insurance companies and insurance agencies.   Ms. Harrison most recently served as First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Washington Mutual, where during most of her tenure she provided the primary legal support for its retail broker-dealer/investment adviser. Ms. Harrison is a member of the Washington and California bars and maintains her Series 7 and 24 licenses. Ms. Harrison graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she was an editor of the law review.
