James Barbee
Jim Barbee heads the Securities Litigation practice Group at Golbeck Roth. For the last decade Jim's practice has focused exclusively on representing broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and other financial entities. Jim has argued some of the leading appellate securities cases in the northwest and regularly represents broker-dealers both in court and in FINRA arbitrations. Jim has represented brokers and broker-dealers in both customer cases and intra-industry disputes. Jim is a longstanding FINRA Industry Arbitrator and is regularly appointed to serve on panels throughout the northwest.
